3.  What was your job title(s) and what did you do at Microware? Executive Assistant for the VP of Marketing

 

4.  What is your most interesting or vivid memory of Microware? Vivid memories of Microware - there is a loaded question:  Larry Crane's annual haircut (shaved head), Eric Miller walking thru the halls barefoot, Sales Dept selling "designs" as products,  Leanne Wiese doing travel (last minute trips), glass ceiling four feet thick discriminating against the women

 

5.  What were some of your favorite times at Microware? Softball Team, watching the basketball games, DAVID conference

 

6.  Have any experiences, skills, or habits that you picked up at Microware made an impact on your life?  Please share them with us.  Don't be afraid of failing - be afraid of not trying & giving it your best shot.

 

7.  What was your reason for leaving Microware? Better job opportunity

 

8.  What have you been doing career-wise since Microware? Office Manager for a consulting company, Office Manager for Software Company with Rick Grewell, Tony Hoffman, Mark Malinak, Steve Johnson, Doug Hoffman, Aaron Kaminiski, Jason Shubbert & Tom Henriksen - dubbed "little Microware".  Currently employed as a consultant with Wells Fargo Services as a Project Controller - yup, in the software dept.

 

9.  Tell us about your family: spouse, significant others, kids, pets, etc. Married to Tom Hoffman - 19 wedding anniversary this month. Ten children between the two of us, 15 grand children ranging from 19 to 2 years old.  Three dogs - English setter Abby, Brittany - Ginger and fur ball (origins unknown) - Georgia
